• Payment records, such as plan, purchase, subscription, invoice, customer ID, and transaction status. Card and wallet details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Flowova.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, refund requests, and data deletion requests.

AI Processing

When you use AI features, we process the minimum content reasonably needed to generate or edit your flowchart:

• Your prompts, uploaded files, extracted text, existing flowchart structure, and related context may be sent to AI service providers.
• We do not use your content to train Flowova-owned AI models.
• AI providers and infrastructure providers process information as service providers or subprocessors under their own technical and contractual controls.
• You should not upload personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or sensitive regulated data unless you have the right to process it through Flowova and its providers.
• AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

• To provide authentication, storage, sharing, export, AI generation, editing, billing, and support features.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our terms.
• To process payments, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, and account entitlements.

International Processing

Flowova is an international online service. Your information may be stored or processed in the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other locations where we or our service providers operate.
