Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flowova, an AI flowchart generation and editing service operated by NOWGIC LTD. By using Flowova, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Availability and Local Law

Flowova is offered as an international online service. Availability of features, content, pricing, and payment methods may vary by region, provider, and legal requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of Flowova is lawful in your location. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required by law, platform rules, payment risk, abuse prevention, or operational needs.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and activity under it:

• Provide accurate account information and keep your email account secure.
• Do not share, resell, transfer, or misuse your account or subscription.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

AI Features and Output

Flowova uses AI and other automated systems to generate and edit flowcharts:

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output.
• Do not rely on Flowova for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
• You must have the right to submit prompts, files, diagrams, and other content to Flowova and its service providers.
• We may apply limits, filters, moderation, or safety controls to AI features.

User Content

You retain your rights in content you submit or create with Flowova. You grant Flowova a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and store that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Flowova to:

• Violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights.
• Upload or process personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or sensitive regulated data unless you have the legal right to do so.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate fraud, phishing, malware, illegal activity, harassment, hateful content, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Bypass usage limits, abuse free plans, scrape the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, or interfere with service security and availability.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide Flowova as a managed service without our written permission.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid features are billed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout:

• Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout shows otherwise.
• Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by account, location, product type, payment provider, and risk checks.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal, but access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• Refund eligibility is described on the pricing page or checkout flow. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, used pay-as-you-go credits and consumed service periods are not refundable.
• We may change prices, plans, limits, and features prospectively.

Third-Party Services

Flowova depends on third-party providers for hosting, AI models, file processing, analytics, email, and payment processing. Those services may be subject to their own terms and technical limitations. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if continued service is not commercially, legally, or operationally feasible. You may stop using Flowova at any time.

Disclaimers

Flowova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOWGIC LTD and its officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Flowova will not exceed the amount you paid to Flowova in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Courts located in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or notified through the service where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
